NWCVPR PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
ELECTION 2012

Dear NWCVPR Members,

This year is an election year for our Association. We will run an electronic election through Survey Monkey as we did in 2010.

All Board positions are open and we welcome newcomers to run for the position of their choice. Please complete and submit the candidate application form if you are interested in being a candidate. Submit to Helen Naylor via e-mail at naylorhelen@comcast.net

The deadline for applications is Sunday, March 18th.

Elections will be held following this deadline.

You may contact me, Helen Naylor, Election Committee Chair or Karen Edwards, Election Committee Member with any questions. Please review the
job descriptions for each position and contact information for the people currently in those positions.

Our current Board has been a wonderful, cohesive and productive group and I have enjoyed working with all of them. We have learned along the way how the new position of Regional Representative can be helpful to the Association and we are excited for this position to continue to evolve. Carol Milliron will assume the duties of the President as she was our President-elect in 2010. I will be moving to Immediate Past President. We will say good-bye to our current Immediate Past President, Helen Naylor. I want to thank Helen for all she has done and accomplished for NWCVPR over her terms as President and Past President, she has brought wisdom and experience to our Board over the many years she has been involved. I will miss her input greatly.

I am hopeful many of you will consider running for a Board position this election and look forward to working with our new Officers after the Spring Conference in Tacoma.

Respectfully,

Dana Gunter
NWCVPR President
